Bestian Seoul Hospital arranges doctors’ appointments with the two ways of
telephone reservations and reservations in treatment and discharge from hospital.

Please check the following details before making reservations.

  • Patients who first visit the hospital cannot make reservations because it is difficult to grasp the seriousness of diseases. (But, they can make reservations for burn reconstruction.)
  • You can easily and simply make a reservation about the next treatment schedule after getting treatment.

Telephone reservations

  • Please call the burn center at 82-70-7609-9252, the burn reconstruction center at 82-70-7609-9068, and the endoscope center at 82-70-7609-9319. Then, we will help you make your doctors’ appointments.
  • You can make reservations from 09:00 to 18:00 during weekdays and from 09:00 to 13:00 on Saturday.
  • You can make your doctors’ appoints one day before treatment.

Reservations by visit

  • Please make your doctors’ appointments in the desk to ask applications and pay the fees after getting treatment.
  • You cannot make reservations on the day and can make your doctors’ appoints one day before treatment.

  • The reservations are completed when your doctors and nurses designate next treatment dates or you ask them about the dates that you want after treatment.
